Welcome to Precision Fluorocarbon Inc.   Specialists in compression molded PTFE, thermally formed PTFE diaphragms, custom machined plastic components and energized seal design. For over 20 years, PFI has been manufacturing a virtually limitless array of custom plastic products, from prototypes to production quantities for a broad range of industries and customers. PFI is housed in a modern, 38,000 sq. ft, climate-controlled facility in Tomball, Texas, approximately 20 miles northwest of downtown Houston. Our location gives us the strategic advantage and ability to deliver custom machined and manufactured plastic products to customers throughout the United States and internationally. Our clean, well-lit manufacturing areas, maintained at 74°F to 76°F, are key ingredients in our ability to produce consistently precise and uniform custom plastic manufactured products, from the simplest to the most complex designs.

PFI custom fabricates prototypes and production quantities upon request, and can work from your native CAD files and drawings in either a 2D or 3D format. Prototypes and most production runs of custom plastic parts can be delivered with a typical lead time of 2 to 3 weeks, and even faster depending on the component. From your inquiry to the shipment of the finished product, PFI utilizes state-of-the-art software and controls to insure accuracy throughout the manufacturing process. As part of our production system, PFI uses a sophisticated bar code system for tracking each step of the custom manufacturing process. This ensures accurate monitoring and job costing for each and every production order. At PFI, we pride ourselves on delivering the most complex and intricate custom plastic components – with no rejects – on time, every time – and have the satisfied, repeat clientele to prove it.
