With over two decades of experience in all phases of custom plastic component, part, and shape design, fabrication, production and delivery, PFI is recognized throughout the custom plastic fabrication industry as a leader in the field. Since our beginning, PFI has been engineering and producing custom plastic parts for a wide range of industries, including the semiconductor sector. To meet the stringent requirements for semiconductor component fabrication, the PFI production and machine shop area is kept at a controlled temperature of 74° to 76° F in order to maintain exact tolerances and specifications for the production of semiconductor components. To further maintain a proper production environment, zoned and filtered air – along with excellent overhead lighting in a dropped 12' ceiling – ensures clean and uniform parts.
